I started creating this workbook a few months ago but it got sidelined when my symptoms got worse. Thanks to my new meds, I have some days that are somewhat bearable so I decided to finish it up and share it here as our FFS over the next few weeks. Each week will have a workbook page and instructions that you can print out and use, you can open them in your favorite drawing app and do digital sketches, or you can use your own paper without printing it out and just follow the instructions.
Each week I will add high resolution PNG files that can be used digitally or printed out. I will add a PDF version after the last worksheet is released that will include all files in one place.
I hope you’ll join in and practice these 10 minute sketches. Actually most will be probably take less than 10 minutes.
